Beatrix Grey Office Swivel Chair

I love everything about the chair! My only complaint was that it had a couple of pressure marks on the velvet from the packaging. However, a little warm water worked it out.

We were so excited when we first received our Beatrix Swivel Chair, but as the months have gone by, we kept finding small metal balls on our floors. It wasn't until yesterday I realized the bearings from the wheels are coming apart! Hoping there are replacement wheels available from TOV as we love our chair!
