> The clients will be charged 30% of the regular price for the rental cost.
> Only items from vendor "HCD Furniture Toronto" are readily available for pickup.
> All items must be returned in the same condition as it was picked up.
> Any damages that occurred while the items are in the clients' possession will be considered as a full purchase or liable to pay for damage fees.
> The availability of items is contingent upon inventory levels.
> All the pickups and drop-offs are at the same location.
> Delivery is available at an additional cost
